Project Description

Once you’ve found NorthCoast 180CC, its not the size of the boat that matters to the fish. We’ve heard (and have seen proof) of some ridiculously large fish being pulled over the gunnels of our boats. And almost as impressively, we have put the smallest one, our NorthCoast 180CC, through her paces in stealth mode stalking Bonefish in the keys and Stripers on the flats of New England.

We pride ourselves in our boats versatility and hold no small candle to the fact that our 18 feels like 22 when your throwing your hook out.

“I remember at one time I was fishing in Narragansett and was into some very nice stripers and even though the wind was suppose to blow up a little out of the southwest I decided to stay and fish even though I had to “round” Pt. Judith light. Well to make long story short when the time came to “round” the light it was blowing more than I wanted to see but I continued around it…….I saw a lobster boat up ahead of me so I jumped in behind him but the rip near the East gap was making up pretty good and being behind the lobster boat made things pretty crappy so I decided to go it alone and got past him and since that day I said to myself that I wouldn’t be afraid to take that skiff anywhere at anytime. Great little boat with a very soft entry, when at anchor or drifting for fluke this boat rocked less than my 24′ Grady White…….” – Jerry Jordan

The NorthCoast 180CC is designed for coastal angling and day tripping, the NorthCoast 180 is efficient, fast, and smooth riding. Above all the solid fiberglass hull, foam cored cockpit floor, positive flotation, and foam filled fiberglass grid stringer system combine to create a lightweight, incredibly tough and durable composite structure. The transom is fiberglass and high-density foam core composite – no wood here!

The bow’s sharp entry slices through chop while the shallow-V aft promotes planning, and provides a stable platform for trolling, drifting or at rest. With rod racks on port and starboard sides you can toss on the gear bag and go.
